A: Yes, we welcome you to order the samples to check the quality before mass order, but customer need to pay for the sample and freight. Sample time usually takes about 7-20 days after receiving the payment, please consult the sales person for exact time. 
Q.10: How long is the lead time?
A: It will take about 25-40 days to finish an order. But the exact lead time is according to actual situation.
Q.11: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders, we can make the bicycle according to customer's specification, color combination and logo/design, style, as per required.
